Privacy & Data Sovereignty Policy

1. Our Commitment to Data Sovereignty
 

The xDR Coach ("we," "us") provides a Clinical Sales Infrastructure. We recognise that the transcripts and "Game Film" submitted to our AI-driven diagnostic tools (The xDR Lab) are the most sensitive intellectual property of your enterprise. We treat this data as Confidential Institutional Capital.
 

2. Information Architecture: What We Collect
 

  • Identity Data: Professional credentials and contact details.

  • Transcript & Media Data: Audio, video, or text-based sales interactions submitted for forensic auditing.

  • Metadata: CRM timestamps, deal values, and participant identifiers.

  • Proprietary Inputs: Corporate playbooks or manuals uploaded to customise your Sovereign Standard.
     

3. AI Processing & Confidentiality Protocols
 

We employ a "Zero-Retention AI Strategy" for sensitive transcript data:
 

  • No Model Training: We use private, enterprise-grade AI environments. Your proprietary sales dialogue is never used to train public LLMs or global models.

  • Encrypted Processing: All data is processed via AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

  • Isolated Environments: Client data is logically siloed to prevent cross-contamination between different organisations using the xDR Lab.
     

4. Purpose of Data Utilization
 

Data is used exclusively to generate:
 

  • The Variance Audit: Quantifying methodology decay and revenue leaks.

  • The xDR Designation: Verifying practitioner compliance against the 18-point Mastery Matrix.

  • Forensic Operating Systems: Building the "Hard Rails" for your specific sales infrastructure.
     

5. Data Retention & The "Right to Erasure"
 

  • Audit Data: Transcripts and raw media are deleted 14 days after the final Forensic Score is generated, unless a Site License agreement specifies a different retention period for historical benchmarking.

  • Legal Retention: Basic business records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian law.

  • User Control: You retain full sovereignty. You may request the immediate destruction of any uploaded "Game Film" via nickolas@thexdrcoach.com.au.
     

6. Security Measures (Wix & Beyond)
 

We utilise a multi-layered security stack including Wix Shield, secure API gateways, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all internal access to client "Lab" environments.
