Thank you for choosing The xDR Coach. We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are granted at our discretion and only under certain circumstances outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to nickolas@thexdrcoach.com.au and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

Pre-booking cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund. -
Late cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not qualify for a refund. -
Non-attendance:
No refunds are provided for no-shows or missed appointments unless previously agreed. -
Service modifications:
If we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a refund if applicable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email with your booking details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 30 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5 business days to appear in your account after approval.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:

Services provided once completed, unless there is a proven defect or issue attributable to us.

Payments made for non-refundable deposits or special arrangements.

Dissatisfaction with the service that results from failure to follow our advice or recommendations.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe an error has occurred regarding your payment, or you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us directly at nickolas@thexdrcoach.com.au. We will work with you to resolve any issues before considering chargebacks or dispute proceedings.
Note: Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may affect your eligibility for future refunds.
